Job summary

Elara Caring seeks a Hospice Account Executive to generate admissions and grow patient census within a defined Illinois territory. This outside sales role will engage medical professionals to promote Elara Caring’s high-quality in-home hospice services to eligible patients and families.

You will collaborate with care teams, manage growth initiatives, and drive referrals while representing a mission-driven organization committed to compassionate patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred.
• Post acute or DME sales experience preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as with teams.
• Proven sales acumen with proven results.
• Demonstrates understanding of how referral sources decide and who the decision makers are.
• Skilled in problem solving to meet patient and business needs.
• Confident interacting with healthcare professionals at all levels.
• Competitive mindset to meet and exceed objectives.
• Willingness to travel with a dependable vehicle and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Generating admissions and growing patient census in a designated territory.
• Selling, growing, and marketing clinical programs and outcomes to be a top provider of care in communities.
• Working with a wide range of medical professionals to connect Elara Caring’s in-home hospice services to eligible patients and families.
