Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking an Account Executive – Hospice to drive admissions and grow patient census in a designated territory. This outside sales role focuses on selling and marketing clinical programs, outcomes, and home-based care to eligible patients and families.

You will collaborate with a broad range of medical professionals, translate referral opportunities into patient care, and represent Elara Caring with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business is preferred.
• Post-acute or DME sales experience preferred.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and with teams.
• Proven sales acumen with a track record of results.
• Strong understanding of referral sources and decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Generate admissions and grow patient census in a designated territory.
• Sell, grow, and market clinical programs and outcomes.
• Engage with a wide range of medical professionals to connect Elara Caring’s care to eligible patients.
• Represent Elara Caring to expand patient referrals.
