Job summary

Elara Caring in the Dallas area seeks a Senior Vice President Sales for Personal Care Services to drive strategic growth and expand territory. You will recruit and mentor a high-performing team, collaborate with hospitals, physician groups, and managed care organizations, and lead growth initiatives across the region.

Required are a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, 8+ years in healthcare sales/marketing, 5+ years in leadership, and willingness to travel 80% with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 8+ years’ experience in sales, marketing, or related field in the healthcare industry.
• 5+ years of supervisory/leadership experience.
• Home health or Hospice experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Ability and willingness to travel 80% with overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Assesses agencies’ performance and recommends solutions.
• Recruits, interviews, and hires patient care coordinators and team members.
• Develops strategic growth plans including expansion of service territory and acquisition opportunities.
• Leads account development with major regional accounts, hospitals, and healthcare systems.
• Oversees weekly growth meetings with sales and operations leadership.
