Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking an experienced Hospice Account Executive to join our national sales team. This outside sales role focuses on generating admissions and expanding patient census within a designated territory, linking home-based care with clinicians and families.

You will collaborate with medical professionals to promote Elara Caring’s clinical programs, outcomes, and referral pathways. A strong track record in post-acute or DME sales and reliable transportation are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business is preferred.
• Post-acute or DME sales experience preferred.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Proven sales acumen with demonstrated results.
• Ability to engage with referral sources and decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Generate admissions and grow patient census in a designated territory.
• Sell, grow, and market clinical programs and outcomes.
• Connect Elara Caring’s in-home care to eligible patients and families.
• Work with a wide range of medical professionals.
