Job summary

St. Joseph Hospice is seeking a PCR Sales Representative to join our patient care team in the Shreveport, LA area. You will build relationships with physicians and discharge planners, educate on home health options, and drive referrals across hospital and SNF settings.

The role involves public speaking, presentations to healthcare professionals, and daily visits to physician offices and hospitals to grow referrals. A strong sales background in medical marketing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing or two years of progressive sales/marketing experience.
• At least four years of medical marketing experience, preferably hospice.
• Documented sales success with verifiable awards.
• General computer skills and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Build sales relationships by daily interactions with physicians and discharge planners to generate referrals.
• Maintain market analysis and referral source targets.
• Manage sales territory to meet census goals; use cold calling and planning.
• Deliver presentations to organizations and healthcare professionals (MDs, RNs, executives).
• Visit physician offices, hospitals, and care facilities to inform about home health options.
