Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in health care industry with weighted emphasis in sales/marketing.
• Proven interpersonal, coordination and leadership skills with ability to communicate effectively.
• Preferred practical and theoretical knowledge of hospice.
• Leadership and team building skills; ability to converse with Physicians and Senior Managers; understanding of financial management.
• Proficiency using Word, Excel, PowerPoint; ability to prioritize and manage time; independent decisions when necessary.
• Dependable transportation with valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Present comprehensive information about hospice services to the medical community and within the assigned territory to achieve referral goals and increase revenues.
• Meet or exceed qualified referral and admissions criteria monthly.
• Foster positive attitude and open communication across departments.
• Participate in company functions to build community awareness of Longleaf's services.
• Develop pricing strategies with peers and Director to maximize profits and market share; ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain records, document actions, manage budgeted expenses, and submit reports on time.
