Job summary

AccentCare, Inc. in Houston seeks a Hospice Account Executive to connect patients with compassionate care. You will educate referral sources and healthcare partners, drive hospice sales, and ensure timely, quality care for patients and families.

In this full-time role, you’ll build relationships with physicians, hospitals, and facilities, while collaborating with Admissions and Marketing. Competitive pay with monthly bonuses and generous benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher and 5 years of proven experience in home health, healthcare sales, or hospice sales.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
• Knowledge of hospice regulations and services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, and community partners to grow hospice referrals.
• Drive hospice sales by nurturing referrals and raising awareness of AccentCare programs.
• Present hospice benefits and eligibility through in-services and conversations with partners.
• Collaborate with Admissions and Marketing to execute community outreach aligned with our mission.
• Ensure smooth transitions from referral to care with clinical staff, prioritizing patient comfort and dignity.
• Engage in ongoing training and uphold ethical standards and confidentiality.
