Job summary

Caretenders Hospice in Rolling Meadows, IL, part of the UnitedHealth Group family, seeks an Account Executive to drive hospice sales by developing referral sources, educating the medical community, and expanding market share within a defined budget.

You will serve as the primary contact for home health and hospice referrals, building relationships, documenting activities, and delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Current Driver's License and vehicle access.
• Demonstrated excellent presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Solid computer skills in Microsoft Outlook and CRM software requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with target referral sources to grow growth strategy and increase market share.
• Implement, manage, and document consistent sales activities with multiple contacts in each referral source.
• Understand customer needs to provide customized solutions and earn referrals.
• Expand the healthcare community’s use of our services by increasing knowledge and awareness of our solutions.
• Serve as a liaison between referral sources, patients/families and our agencies.
