Job summary

Caretenders Hospice, part of the Optum family, seeks an Account Executive to drive the sales strategy and increase market share through account development and education of the medical community on services offered. You will act as the primary liaison with referral sources, patients and families, coordinating home health and hospice services.

You will build relationships, manage activities across multiple contacts within each referral source, and document progress while expanding knowledge of

Qualifications

• Current Driver's License and access to a dependable vehicle
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Solid computer skills in Microsoft Outlook and CRM software requirements

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with target referral sources to execute growth strategy
• Implement, manage, and document consistent sales activities with multiple contacts in each referral source
• Understand customer needs to provide customized solutions and earn new/continued referrals
• Expand the healthcare community's use of our services by supporting knowledge and awareness of our solutions
• Serve as a liaison between referral sources, patients/families, and agencies
