Overview

Logan Health in Kalispell, Montana is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to lead our Outpatient Oncology Clinic teams across Hematology & Oncology, Radiation Oncology, Palliative Care, and collaborative cancer services. The role involves daily operations, clinical excellence, and team leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day leadership for outpatient oncology teams
  • Support Hematology & Oncology, Radiation Oncology, and Palliative Care services
  • Partner closely with physicians and advanced practice providers to support coordinated cancer care
  • Promote a high‑quality patient experience across the care continuum
  • Support staffing, workflow, and operational efficiency in collaboration with leadership
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and program development
  • Help foster a supportive, collaborative, and engaged team culture
  • Participate in planning and operational decision‑making for outpatient oncology services
Qualifications
  • Current RN licensure in Montana or ability to obtain it

Shift & Schedule

Day Shift – 8 hours, full‑time, 40 hours per week. Schedules may be adjusted as needed.
