Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in Montana or ability to obtain it.
• Minimum one year leadership experience in oncology, infusion, ambulatory care, or related specialty nursing.
• Minimum two years’ experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong ability to lead teams in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Experience collaborating across disciplines including physicians and advanced practice providers.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership for outpatient oncology teams.
• Support Hematology & Oncology, Radiation Oncology, and Palliative Care services.
• Promote a high-quality patient experience across the care continuum.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and program development.
