Qualifications

• Current Montana RN license or multi-state compact.
• Minimum of one year leadership experience; lead or charge nurse qualifies.
• Minimum of two years' experience in Home Health or Hospice.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent organization and documentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team.
• Proficiency with Excel; comfortable with medical software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hospice operations and ensure high-quality care.
• Hire, coach, evaluate, and manage performance and separations.
• Create and adjust clinician schedules to meet patient needs.
• Support clinical problem solving and serve as the primary resource for field staff.
• Review admissions, recertifications, documentation, and service plans.
• Assist intake by evaluating new referrals and scheduling visits.
• Lead compliance and quality efforts, including regulatory readiness.
• Maintain clinical competence and provide hands-on support when needed.
