Job summary

Gentiva Hospice is seeking an RN Administrator to lead a hospice location with developing census. You will oversee daily operations, manage interdisciplinary teams, and drive quality patient-centered care.

The role requires RN licensure, strong leadership, and proficiency in regulatory standards. The Administrator RN I will collaborate with the Governing Body and referral partners, directing human resources, office operations, and strategic goals to support compassionate care and sustainable

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with Associate’s Degree in Nursing.
• Three to five years’ healthcare sales/ management experience preferred.
• Minimum one year management/supervisory experience.
• Two or more years’ experience in hospice/home care.
• Strong knowledge of hospice regulations and Medicare conditions of participation.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for hospice program and oversee operational performance.
• Manage interdisciplinary teams and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement policies in collaboration with Governing Body.
• Monitor and improve quality of patient care.

Education

Associate degree in Nursing (ASN)
