Job summary

Gentiva seeks an experienced Nurse Administrator for Hospice to lead a location with developing census, guiding clinical quality, operations and team development. The role requires RN licensure and proven leadership in hospice/home health settings.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, engage with Governing Body and partners, and ensure compassionate, compliant and high-quality patient care while meeting business goals.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with leadership experience in hospice care, home health, or clinical operations management.
