Job summary

You will manage interdisciplinary teams, supervise finances, HR, office operations, and community relations, partnering with the Governing Body to implement policies and drive performance. This on-site role demands strong leadership and strategic thinking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Master’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in hospice, home health, or healthcare operations leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership for a mid-sized hospice program, accountable for clinical quality and operational performance.
• Ensures compliance with accrediting agencies, licensing requirements and federal/state law.
• Manages Human Resources effectively and oversees office operations.
• Plans, organizes and monitors budgets, expenses and resource allocation.
• Collaborates with Governing Body and staff to set goals and improve performance.
• Maintains safety, quality of patient care and continuous quality improvement.
