Job summary

Gentiva Hospice seeks an experienced RN Hospice Administrator to lead operations at a hospice location with developing census. You will guide clinical teams, drive quality care, and ensure compassionate service aligned with our mission.

You will oversee budgeting, human resources, compliance with regulations, and community partnerships while fostering staff development and high patient/family satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN with active state license.
• 3–5 years healthcare management or supervisory experience.
• Experience in hospice, home health, or clinical operations management.
• Meets state-specific administrator requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for a hospice location and oversee operations.
• Lead interdisciplinary teams and ensure high-quality patient care.
• Manage finances, budgets, and resource planning.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Governing Body and referral partners.
