Job summary

Gentiva Health Services, Inc. is seeking an RN Hospice Administrator to lead a mid-size hospice location, driving quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.

You will oversee interdisciplinary teams, manage budgets, staff development, and performance improvement initiatives. This full-time, on-site role requires strong leadership, nursing licensure and hospice/home care experience.

Qualifications

• Nurse licensed with RN credential and active state license.
• Leadership and management experience in hospice, home health or clinical operations.
• Strong knowledge of hospice regulations and Medicare conditions of participation.

Responsibilities

• Lead a mid-sized hospice program, ensuring clinical quality and sustainable census growth.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and interdisciplinary teams.
• Direct staff development, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.
