Job summary

Gentiva Hospice is seeking an RN Hospice Administrator to lead a location with developing census. You will oversee day-to-day operations, guide interdisciplinary teams, and ensure high-quality, patient-centered care while upholding regulatory standards and the company mission.

The role emphasizes leadership development, financial performance, and community engagement within a full-time structure. Experience in hospice or home health is preferred and BSN is desirable.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license required with leadership experience in hospice or home health.
• Experience managing interdisciplinary teams and regulatory compliance.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• BSN degree preferred; minimum ADN with licensure acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the hospice location and oversee daily operations.
• Lead interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Ensure compliance with accrediting, licensing, and regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement policies, budgets and performance metrics.
• Foster a compassionate culture and manage community relationships.
