Qualifications

• RN license with current practice in the state of employment.
• Experience leading hospice/home care teams and clinical operations.
• Strong understanding of hospice regulations and Medicare conditions of participation.
• Ability to manage budgets, personnel, and interdisciplinary services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership for a hospice program with growth opportunities and census expansion.
• Oversee quality care and service delivery across the location.
• Develop and implement policies in collaboration with Governing Body.
• Manage human resources and supervise interdisciplinary team members.
• Direct office operations and ensure timely documentation and reporting.
• Monitor financial performance, budgeting and cost control; ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
