Qualifications

• RN licensed in the state with strong hospice/home health leadership.
• Experience managing interdisciplinary teams and budgets.
• Knowledge of Medicare conditions of participation and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for hospice location and oversee clinical operations.
• Lead performance improvement, quality of care, and census growth initiatives.
• Manage human resources, budgets, and vendor/contract relationships.
