Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the hospice location and oversee interdisciplinary teams.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care aligned with regulatory standards.
• Manage finances, operations, and census growth in support of the mission and budget.
• Collaborate with the Governing Body, referral partners and the community to meet goals.
• Oversee HR functions, orientation, performance appraisals and staff development.
