Qualifications

• Requirements: Valid RN and CPR License in the state of application.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable MVR.
• 2-3 Years Hospice Management Experience Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Team Management: supervise and evaluate staff, hire qualified personnel, and support staff development and education.
• Client Relations: conduct intake interviews with new client families, coordinate weekly meetings, monitor client satisfaction, and manage incident resolution.
• Business Operations: plan branch growth, review financials and performance data, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee billing and collections.
