Responsibilities

• Team Management: evaluate employees annually and set goals; hire and train staff; supervise and develop; meet with supervisors.
• Client Relations: conduct intake interviews with new client families; prepare for patients; monitor client satisfaction; manage incidents.
• Business Operations: plan branch growth; review finances and performance to improve outcomes; ensure deadlines and regulatory compliance; engage referral sources; oversee hiring and billing.
