Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the applicable state.
• Experience leading home health operations and staff development.
• CPR certification and valid driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and conduct staffing interviews, hires and orientations.
• Monitor staff progress and conduct annual evaluations.
• Develop staff through orientation, in-service and continuing education.
• Ensure appropriate supervision during service hours.
• Participate in regional meetings and planning sessions.
• Prepare for new patients and services onboarding.
• Supervise client satisfaction reporting and outcomes.
• Manage incidents and drive issue resolution.
• Plan branch growth strategies and optimize productivity.
• Ensure on-time reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee billing accuracy and clean claim generation.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
