Job summary

Constellation Health Services is seeking an RN Clinical Liaison to join our hospice sales team in Cypress, Willowbrook and The Heights. You will expand opportunities by building relationships with hospitals, SNFs, ALFs and physician offices.

The ideal candidate holds an active Texas RN license, with 3+ years in healthcare marketing or sales, and a proven ability to develop and execute sales plans. Bachelor's degree preferred, and strong communication and presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of healthcare marketing/sales experience required.
• Texas RN license required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent planning, organization and presentation skills are critical.
• Clinical background is a plus.
• Excellent oral/written, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate referrals for our hospice program by building relationships with social workers, case managers, wellness directors, physicians, and key decision-makers.
• Conduct market analysis, develop a sales strategy, quarterly goals, and plans, conduct sales calls, and evaluate results and effectiveness of sales activity.
