Hearth Hospice is seeking an RN Clinical Director to lead an interdisciplinary team of clinicians in delivering compassionate end-of-life care.

You will supervise staff, collaborate with the Program Director, Hospice Physician, and Community Liaisons, and ensure adherence to all guidelines while growing patient numbers and maintaining high-quality care.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or health care preferred.
• Registered Nurse license in the practicing state.
• At least 3 years nursing experience with 1 year in hospice/home health/oncology.
• 1 year supervisory experience in hospice or home health care preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and oversee patient services in line with hospice program policies.
• Provide guidance to an interdisciplinary team of clinicians.
• Conduct chart audits to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Assist in orientation and in-service training for nursing/clinical staff.
• Evaluate and uplift clinical staff performance during probation and annually.
