The Care Team Hospice is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager (RN) to lead and develop our clinical team, ensuring top-quality patient care and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with branch leadership to oversee daily operations, mentor clinicians, and drive performance improvements across the hospice program.

Ideal candidates bring strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and a passion for coaching others.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Minimum of 2 years RN experience with at least 1 year in leadership in hospice/home health or related setting.
• Experience with Homecare Homebase preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily clinical operations ensuring hospice compliance and quality standards.
• Mentor and develop clinical staff through coaching, orientation, and performance support.
• Oversee patient care coordination, care plan reviews, admissions, orders, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
