Job summary

Sanctuary Hospice is seeking an RN with strong clinical knowledge to lead an amazing team as Clinical Director. You will coordinate a spectrum of patient services, guide clinicians, and ensure adherence to federal and state guidelines.

The role emphasizes supervisory leadership, crisis intervention, and family counseling, with a $15,000 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package. Join us in advancing compassionate end-of-life care.

Qualifications

• RN with at least 3 years of nursing experience.
• At least 1 year of full-time hospice, home health, or oncology experience.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage terminal care and family counseling.
• Proficient in computer systems and EMR.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee a spectrum of patient services, ensuring alignment with hospice program policies.
• Provide guidance and support to an amazing team of clinicians, fostering continuous improvement of care.
• Conduct chart audits to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Contribute to orientation and in-service training for nursing and clinical staff.
• Evaluate and uplift clinical staff performance; provide teaching and counseling as needed.
• Lead interdisciplinary team gatherings to refine patient/family Care Plans.
