Job summary
Hospice of the West is seeking a Registered Nurse with strong clinical knowledge and supervisory experience to lead an amazing team of clinicians as their Clinical Director. You will guide an interdisciplinary group of RNs, Aides, Social Workers, and Chaplains to ensure compassionate, compliant care and drive growth in patient numbers.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or health care preferred.
- RN license in the state of practice.
- At least 3 years of nursing experience, incl. 1 year in hospice, home health or oncology.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience in hospice or home health care preferred.
- Ability to manage terminal care with crisis intervention and symptom control.
- Strategic staff support and compassionate leadership.
- Proficient with computers and EMR systems.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee a spectrum of patient services.
- Lead an interdisciplinary team of clinicians.
- Perform chart audits to ensure compliance and quality.
- Develop orientation and in-service training for staff.
- Evaluate staff performance and provide coaching.
- Lead team meetings to refine care plans and improve collaboration.
