Frontier Hospice is seeking an experienced RN to serve as Clinical Director, leading a team of RNs, Aides, Social Workers, and Chaplains. You will collaborate with the Program Director, Hospice Physician, and Community Liaisons to ensure program excellence and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or health care is required.
• RN license in the state of practice is required.
• Minimum 3 years nursing experience with 1 year in hospice/home health/oncology.
• 1 year of supervisory experience in hospice or home health care preferred.
• Ability to manage terminal care with crisis intervention and symptom control.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee a spectrum of patient services in alignment with hospice policies.
• Provide guidance and support to the clinical team.
• Conduct chart audits to ensure regulatory and ethical compliance.
• Assist in orientation and training for nursing and clinical staff.
• Evaluate and uplift clinical staff performance during probation and annually.
• Lead interdisciplinary team meetings to refine Care Plans.
