Compassus in Wisconsin is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to float to programs across the state. You will provide compassionate patient care, coordinate with care teams, and support families.

The role requires an active RN license in Wisconsin, CPR/BCLS, and at least two years of RN experience with hospice preferred. A valid driver's license is also required. Compassus offers flexible scheduling, strong benefits, and a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred
• Current driver’s license
• Current CPR and BCLS certification
