Job summary

Compassus is hiring a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to support patients and families in their home or facility settings. The role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care and collaboration with the care team to manage symptoms and quality of life.

The position requires an active RN license in the state of work, CPR/BCLS certifications, and at least two years of nursing experience (hospice preferred). A driver’s license is also required to enable home visits.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred
• Current driver’s license
• Current CPR and BCLS certification
