Compassus in Wisconsin is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to deliver compassionate in-home hospice care. You will assess patient needs, coordinate plans of care, and partner with families to support comfort and dignity.

This role offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay and benefits, onboarding, and a supportive, family-focused culture. Requirements include an RN license in the state, 2 years of nursing experience (hospice preferred), valid driver’s license, and CPR/BCLS

Qualifications

• Hospice experience preferred (Two years as RN; hospice experience preferred).
• CPR and BCLS certifications required.
• RN license valid for the state of employment.
• Valid driver’s license required.
