Compassus in Wisconsin is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to support patients and families in home and clinical settings, coordinating care with a multidisciplinary team to deliver compassionate, patient-centered services.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work.
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license; CPR and BCLS certification.
