Sutter Health's SCAH-Sutter Care at Home – Bay seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to deliver skilled palliative and end-of-life care in the community. You will coordinate an interdisciplinary plan and ensure comprehensive medical management of hospice services for patients and their significant others.

Required are a CA RN license, BLS, a valid driver’s license, and 2 years of recent relevant experience, with strong clinical assessment and communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• RN license in California and BLS certification.
• DL required and automobile insurance.
