Job summary

Inspire Hospice and Palliative Care is seeking a dedicated Hospice Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, compassionate care in patients' homes and in skilled facilities. You will assess, plan, and manage symptoms, educate families, and collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless end-of-life support.

The role requires an active RN license, at least 1 year of nursing experience, and the ability to travel throughout the service area using a reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel throughout the assigned service area.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality bedside care to patients and families in homes and facilities.
• Manage patient symptoms with clinical expertise and empathy.
• Educate patients and caregivers on disease progression and end-of-life care.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated, compassionate care.
• Accurately document assessments, progress notes, care plans, and orders.
