Responsibilities

• Comprehensive assessment of patient and family needs; establish plan of care and monitor progress.
• Maintains education and competencies to provide high quality patient care.
• Incorporates evidence-based nursing practice considering current statutes and regulations.
• Establishes measurable patient outcomes with patient and family collaboration.
• Coordinates, delegates appropriately to ensure safe, effective care.
