Qualifications

• Associate's or Vocational degree.
• 2+ years RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive assessment of patient and family needs; establish outcomes and plan of care.
• Supervise progress and modify the plan of care as needed.
• Coordinate, delegate, and collaborate to ensure safe, effective care.
• Maintain and update competencies to deliver high quality patient care.
• Follow evidence-based nursing practices in line with current statutes and regulations.
• Occasional on-call and travel within the assigned territory.
