Job summary

Qualifications

• RN licensed to practice in the requested state.
• Hospice or palliative care experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year RN experience in acute care, hospice, home health, or related settings.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and educate patients, families, and caregivers.
• Deliver nursing interventions and symptom management per plan of care.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team and update care plans.
• Document clinical records and maintain infection control standards.
• Provide emotional and spiritual support to patients and families.
