Optimal Care is seeking a dedicated Hospice After Hours Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, skilled care in a home-based, overnight setting from Saginaw, MI. This role features a predictable 7-on / 7-off night rotation (5pm–8am) with shifts starting and ending from home and no on-call requirements.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates clinical nursing competencies in accordance with accepted standards of practice.
• Able to assess and respond appropriately to the physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs of patients, families, and caregivers in a variety of care settings, including homes and facilities.
• Exhibits strong interpersonal communication skills, emotional resilience, and the ability to support patients and families facing end-of-life issues.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities, documentation requirements, and time-sensitive responsibilities efficiently.

Responsibilities
