Job summary

Queen City Hospice in Southwest Ohio is seeking an RN for Hospice Admissions. You will guide patients and families through the start of their hospice journey, conducting pre-admission evaluations and initiating the admission process.

This role emphasizes compassionate communication, independent work, and strong clinical judgment. Benefits include medical, 401(k), PTO, mileage reimbursement, tuition support, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Hospice experience preferred but not required.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently.
• Compassionate communication with patients and families.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do
