Job summary

Day City Hospice in Southwest Ohio seeks a Hospice Admissions RN to guide patients and families at the start of their hospice journey. You will lead pre-admission evaluations, educate families about services, obtain consent, and initiate admission with compassionate care.

Qualified candidates are graduates of an accredited RN program with an active RN license in Ohio and CPR certification. Hospice experience is preferred but not required.

What You’ll Do

What You Bring
