Job summary

Hireology is seeking a Hospice Marketer / Community Liaison in Texas to grow referrals and expand presence within the community. The role focuses on building relationships with hospitals, physicians, SNFs, and home health agencies, and educating partners about hospice services and the referral process.

The ideal candidate will have healthcare relationships, understand hospice referrals, and be comfortable in a field-based role with regular travel and performance-driven goals.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop referral networks within healthcare.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to travel across assigned territory and work in the field.
• Knowledge of hospice services, Medicare hospice eligibility, and referral processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, SNFs, home health agencies, and other healthcare professionals.
• Generate qualified hospice referrals through field outreach and relationship-building.
• Conduct in-person sales calls, presentations, and education meetings.
• Educate referral partners about hospice services and the referral process.
• Identify new referral opportunities and strategies to increase census and market penetration.
• Maintain regular communication with referral sources and coordinate with admissions and clinical teams.
