Job summary

Hireology is seeking an experienced Hospice Marketer / Community Liaison to increase referrals, build partnerships, and expand the hospice’s presence in the Dallas area.

The ideal candidate has established healthcare relationships, understands the hospice referral process, and is comfortable developing new business through consistent field outreach, education, and follow-up. Heavy travel across the territory is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in hospice, home health, healthcare marketing, or senior-care BD.
• Established healthcare referral network preferred.
• Proven history generating healthcare referrals.
• Knowledge of hospice services and Medicare eligibility preferred.
• Strong sales, presentation, networking, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, SNFs, assisted living, home health agencies, and other healthcare professionals.
• Generate qualified hospice referrals through consistent business development and outreach.
• Conduct in-person sales calls, facility visits, networking events, and educational meetings.
• Educate referral partners about hospice services, eligibility criteria, benefits, and referral process.
• Identify new referral opportunities and strategies to increase census and market penetration.
• Coordinate with admissions and clinical teams to ensure smooth referrals and admissions.
