Hireology is seeking an experienced Hospice Marketer / Community Liaison to grow referrals and partnerships in the Dallas region. The role focuses on building healthcare relationships and expanding hospice presence through field activities, education, and follow-up with partners.

The ideal candidate has a track record in healthcare referral development, understands hospice processes, and is comfortable working in the field to drive census growth and market penetration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in hospice, home health, healthcare marketing or senior-care marketing preferred.
• Proven ability to generate healthcare referrals and develop professional referral networks.
• Strong sales, presentation, networking and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel and work in the field with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, SNFs, assisted living, home health, and social workers.
• Generate qualified hospice referrals through ongoing business development and community outreach.
• Conduct in-person calls, presentations, facility visits, networking events, and educational meetings.
• Educate partners about hospice services, eligibility, benefits, and referral process.
• Identify new referral opportunities and strategies to grow census and market penetration.
• Maintain regular communication and follow-up with referral sources.
• Build relationships with discharge planners, case managers, physicians, admins, and nursing directors.
• Coordinate with admissions and clinical teams to smooth referrals and admissions.
• Track referrals, conversions, sources, and follow-ups using CRM or reports.
• Participate in networking events, healthcare associations, and community activities.
• Monitor market activity and identify opportunities to strengthen competitiveness.
• Meet weekly/monthly activity, referral, admission, and business-development goals.
• Represent the hospice organization professionally and ethically in the community.
