Qualifications

• 2+ years of healthcare sales experience required.
• Hospice experience strongly preferred.
• Proven success in relationship-based sales and territory development.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and driven to exceed goals.
• Ability to work independently in a field-based environment.
• Professional presence with high emotional intelligence.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable transportation.
• Must successfully pass background and reference checks.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary point of contact for referral sources in your assigned territory.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with hospitals, physicians, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and healthcare partners.
• Represent VNA Texas with professionalism, warmth, and expertise.

• Strategically grow admissions while honoring patient needs.
• Participate in community outreach and relationship-building initiatives.
• Maintain CRM tracking and referral reporting.
