Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, marketing, or related field.
• Graduate of an approved school of nursing, therapy or social work.
• Minimum two years in healthcare business development, community relations, marketing, or sales.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws governing Medicare certified home health and hospice operations.
• Valid state driver license and automobile liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary relationship manager between Enhabit and referral sources (physicians, hospitals, health systems, senior living communities).
• Educate referral sources on Enhabit services and program requirements to drive referral growth and improve patient outcomes.
• Support post-acute care transitions and ensure high quality patient/referral source satisfaction.
