Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a healthcare business development professional to serve as the primary liaison between Enhabit and referral sources, educating physicians, hospitals, and senior living communities about services and program requirements to drive referral growth and improve patient transitions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or a related field and at least two years in healthcare business development or marketing, along with a valid

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, marketing, or related field; or graduate of an approved school of nursing, therapy or social work.
• Minimum two years of experience in healthcare business development, community relations, marketing, or sales.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulatory guidelines governing Medicare certified home health and hospice operations.
• Valid state driver license in the current state of residence; automobile liability insurance as required by law.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• In-office attendance is essential; remote work not typical except for designated full-time remote positions.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the primary relationship manager between Enhabit and referral sources (physicians, hospitals, health systems, senior living communities, and other providers).
• Supports referral growth by educating referral sources about services and program requirements.
• Helps navigate post-acute care transitions to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Reinforces Enhabit services to referral sources to promote care continuity and quality.
