Georgia Hospice Care is seeking an Account Executive to act as the primary liaison between our hospice agency and local healthcare providers. You will help patients access compassionate hospice services, building trusted relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and referral partners.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate Degree required in the field of study or proven health-related work experience.
• 2 years of sales experience in a clinical care setting; hospice preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to lift at least 25 lbs; field-based role.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and referral partners.
• Generate new hospice referrals within assigned territories and existing accounts.
• Educate healthcare professionals about hospice services and patient eligibility.
• Coordinate with internal clinical teams for seamless patient transitions into hospice care.
• Identify new market opportunities and strengthen community partnerships.
• Maintain accurate referral documentation and communications with care teams.
