Job summary

Dignity Care Hospice Health in Blue Ash, OH seeks a Hospice Account Executive to align service capabilities with patient needs and drive patient admissions from acute care providers, ensuring census goals are met with compassionate care.

You will collaborate with the Interdisciplinary team, manage the electronic referral system, complete clinical reviews, and promote hospice services while upholding HIPAA and confidentiality policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in sales and marketing.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with interdisciplinary team daily to obtain information on beds, discharges, admissions, patients, and center events.
• Manage electronic referral system and build relationships with case managers, discharge planners, hospital staff, patients and families.
• Complete clinical reviews via Allscripts and coordinate transitions to centers.
• Remain a visible resource to promote Hospice in a positive manner.
• Comply with HIPAA and confidentiality policies.
• Present benefits of long- and short-term skilled nursing services to patients and hospital staff.
